NDIS supports founded by Maddie - 10 years of disability sector experience, deeply connected locally.
Maddie founded Kind Care after a decade working across the disability sector - as a support worker, team leader and behaviour support practitioner. It's a career built on showing up for people, day in, day out.
She holds a Bachelor of Social Work, is a registered NDIS Worker Screening holder, and has spent years supporting participants with complex needs, mental health and psychosocial disability, and young people transitioning into independent living.
Maddie has deep roots in the local community and the kind of relationships you only earn over years of doing the work well. She knows how to open doors - to opportunities, to networks, to the small things that make a big difference in a participant's life.
Her mission is simple: make her participants' lives better, one participant at a time - helping each person work toward the goals that matter most to them.
If you'd like to talk about supports for yourself, a family member or someone you coordinate for - we'd love to hear from you.
Every person matters. We focus on the individual in front of us - their goals, their pace, their life.
A decade of frontline disability support experience means we bring depth, judgement and quiet confidence to every shift.
Deep community roots and strong local relationships - we know how to open doors for participants.
We exist to make participants' lives better - that mission shapes every decision we make.

Whether you're a participant, a family member, or a provider - get in touch for a no-pressure conversation about how we can help.
